I found Turbulent Labs when I was looking for a headband for my headphones and saw that they also made wrist rest. Was really disappointed when I saw that the ones offered were not the sizes I was looking for but then I saw that you can order custom sizes.
I order two custom wrist rest and in less than a day Jin contacted me to confirm my order details and shipping information. Less than three days after he made and shipped both wrist rest and the LCD headband that I also ordered. Less than a week later my items were delivered to me in California. Everything was packed very nicely with bubble and each item was in its own fabric protective cover.
The quality of the wrist rest is great. The leather feels VERY high quality. The padding is a bit firm but it softens up the more you use it. The suede on the bottom is really nice but isn't super grippy on a smooth table top but I always have mine on the mouse pad which provides better grip. They're very comfortable and the sizing is exactly what I ordered.
Unfortunately I now know I prefer a deeper rest for my keyboard. I ordered 445x20x80mm but I should have ordered 445x20x100mm. Completely my mistake but an easy fix is just to move the keyboard a little further from the wrist rest. Maybe in the future I'll order another one that's the proper size. The one for my mouse is perfect. My old one for my mouse was too deep and the back of my mouse would hit the rest every now and then while gaming.
