SHIPPING
We ship all of our products internationally. All shipments come with a tracking number. Turbulent Labs provides the following shipping options*:
FedEx International Priority*
- Destination: Worldwide
POS LAJU
- Destination: Malaysia
- Cost: Free Domestic Shipping
- Transit time: 3-4 working days
*OCC cables are shipped by the manufacturer in the US using USPS.
- Every order is processed within 2-4 working days after you have completed your purchase.
- International transit time varies per country and may be subject to delays due to customs processing time and/or force majeure events as well as changes without prior notice.
- Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Import charges, taxes and other fees may occur when the shipment reaches its destination. These charges and fees vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the buyer. Your country’s customs office can be consulted as to the additional charges prior to buying.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within fifteen (15) days of the delivery confirmation date.

- Please provide us with the tracking number for the return parcel.
- A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping cost, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
- We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
