Italian full-grain Nappa Leather is a natural non-static material with a fine and consistent grain which provides a soft and gentle surface to place records on.
Where most leather platter mats are just a single punched out piece of leather, we have incorporated a record label recess into the mat by cutting, thinning and bonding the innermost circle where the label sits, ensuring that your records will lay perfectly flat. The leather is then bonded to Italian waterproof suede to bring the mats thickness closer to stock felt mats for minimal VTA adjustments when upgrading your mat.
